摘  要:在社会快速发展的进程中,为了切实处理石油射孔工程作业阶段中起爆系统的安全性和可靠性问题,企业结合实际情况设计研发出分离式无起爆药安全点火装置实现一系列发火作业、可靠性测试及应用,通过对各种实验结果数据的分析可以看出,分离式无起爆药安全点火系统呈现出高强度的可靠性和安全性优势特点,其会在未来的石油射孔工程作业中充分彰显出其自身的价值作用,并具有广阔的应用前景。基于此,该文主要分析可燃气的安全度影响因素,并重点探讨石油射孔中分离式无起爆药安全点火系统的应用原理、特点及可靠性检测。In the process of rapid social development,in order to effectively deal with the safety and reliability of the initiation system in the operation stage of petroleum perforation engineering,the enterprise has designed and devel‐oped a separate non primary explosive safety ignition device based on the actual situation to achieve a series of igni‐tion operations,reliability testing and application.Through the analysis of various experimental results and data,it can be seen that the separated non primary explosive safe ignition system has the advantages of high strength reli‐ability and safety,which will fully show its value in the future petroleum perforation engineering operations,and has broad application prospects.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the factors affecting the safety of combustible gas,and focuses on the application principle,characteristics and reliability testing of the separated non primary ex‐plosive safety ignition system in petroleum perforation.
