摘　　要：小数据作为以个体为中心的全方位数据,对个体需求分析有着重要价值。该文以图书馆读者荐购小数据为对象,从图书和读者两个维度对荐购数据进行数据挖掘,探讨分析图书馆读者荐购服务现状及存在的问题。提出从荐购服务的多方宣传、荐购政策的合理制定、荐购申请的及时处理与荐购回复的规范说明这4个方面,有针对性地对读者荐购服务进行优化,从数据层面为高校图书馆完善读者荐购服务提供决策支持与参考。As a comprehensive data centered on individuals,small data is of great value for individual demand analysis.This paper taking the small data of reader recommendation as the object,this paper conducts data mining on the recommendation data from the two dimensions of books and readers,and discusses and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of our library's reader recommendation service.It is proposed to optimize the reader recommendation service from four aspects:the multi-party publicity of the recommendation service,the reasonable formulation of the recommendation policy,the timely processing of the recommendation application and the speci‐fication of the recommendation reply,so as to provide decision support and reference for the university library to improve the reader recommendation service from the data level.
