摘　　要：芽孢杆菌具有芽孢和营养体2种形态,因芽孢耐高温干旱,芽孢杆菌现已广泛应用于植物保护领域。综述了有拮抗作物病菌的枯草芽孢杆菌1号、甲基营养型芽孢杆菌lw-6、贝莱斯芽孢杆菌RJW-5-5、解淀粉芽孢杆菌YF-6 4株芽孢杆菌的发现与应用,总结了4株芽孢杆菌的抑菌谱及其对烟草病害的防效,记录了4株芽孢杆菌的LB液体培养生长曲线,旨在为这4株芽孢杆菌的开发利用提供参考。Bacillus has spore and trophic cell states. For spore’s resistance against hot and dry, Bacillus has been widely applied in plant protection field. The discovery and application of four Bacillus species, Bacillus subtilis 1, Bacillus methylotrophicus lw-6, Bacillus velezensis RJW-5-5, and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens YF-6, which are antagonistic to crop pathogens, were reviewed. The antibacterial spectrum of the four Bacillus strains and their preventive effects on tobacco diseases were summarized, and the LB liquid culture growth curves of the four Bacillus strains were recorded, in order to provide a reference for the development and utilization of these four Bacillus strains.
