摘  要:通过室内玉米盆栽试验和发芽试验研究阿氏芽孢杆菌MB35-5处理对玉米种子发芽及生长的影响。由玉米盆栽试验和发芽试验可知,在该试验条件下,适宜用量下微生物菌剂处理玉米种子,促进了玉米种子的发芽及生长,且玉米发芽生长后的胚芽和胚根的长度、干重等指标都得到提升。当盆栽用量为0.30 g MB35-5菌剂+300 mL蒸馏水+1.6 kg土壤盆栽培养时,较对照处理,玉米种子的胚芽长度、胚根长度、胚芽干重、胚根干重和贮藏转运率分别提高56.28%、50.13%、33.60%、9.54%和43.95%;当用量为0.30 g MB35-5菌剂+300 mL蒸馏水浸种时,较对照处理,玉米种子的发芽势、发芽率分别提高9.6和3.4百分点;当增加微生物菌剂用量时,玉米种子发芽率等各项指标均出现降低现象。在玉米浸、拌种施用中要注意单位用量。In order to clarify the effects of the treatment of Bacillus aryabhattai MB35-5 on the germination and growth of corn seeds, we carried out the indoor corn pot experiment and germination experiment. The corn pot experiment and the germination experiment showed that under the conditions of experiment, the microbial inoculants treated corn seeds at an appropriate amount promoted the germination and growth of the corn seeds, enhanced the germination and growth of corn seeds, improved the length and dry weight of the embryo and radicle. When the pot cultivation dosage was 0.30 g MB35-5 microbial agent + 300 mL distilled water+1.6 kg soil, the embryo length, radicle length, embryo dry weight, radicle dry weight and the storage transfer rate enhanced by 56.28%, 50.13%, 33.60%, 9.54% and 43.95%, respectively, compared with the control treatment. When the seed soaking dosage was 0.30 g MB35-5 microbial agent + 300 mL distilled water, the germination potential and germination rate of corn seeds increased by 9.6 and 3.4 percentage points, respectively, compared with the control treatment. When increasing the amount of microbial inoculants, the germination rate of corn seeds and other indicators all decreased. We should pay attention to the unit dosage in the application of corn soaking and seed dressing.
