摘 要:[目的]研究不同浓度PEG-6000以及盐胁迫对萝卜种子萌发的影响,为萝卜种子引发研究提供参考。[方法]以萝卜种子“绿领扬花”为试验材料,分别采用浓度为0、5%、10%、15%、20%的PEG-6000,引发时间分别为0.5、2.0和4.0 h对萝卜种子进行处理,筛选最佳引发条件。后续以最佳引发条件进行引发,未引发种子为对照,分别于0、25、50、100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下测定种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数。[结果]常温下10%的PEG-6000引发2.0 h可作为萝卜种子引发的最佳条件,后续盐胁迫证实在不同浓度盐胁迫下,引发后种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均较未引发显著提高。[结论]该研究为提高萝卜种子在盐胁迫下的出苗率提供了简单、有效的方法。[Objective] To study the effects of different concentrations of PEG-6000 and salt stress on radish seed germination and provide reference for the study of radish seed priming. [Method] Radish seeds were treated with PEG-6000 with concentration of 0, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and priming time of 0.5, 2.0 and 4.0 h, respectively. The germination potential, germination rate, germination index and vigor index were determined under 0, 25, 50 and 100 mmol/L NaCl stress. [Result] 10% PEG-6000 priming for 2.0 h at room temperature was the best condition for radish seed priming. The results of salt stress showed that the germination potential, germination rate, germination index and vigor index of seeds after priming were significantly higher than those without priming under different concentrations of salt stress. [Conclusion] This study provides a simple and effective method to improve the seedling rate of radish seeds under salt stress.
