羊肚菌细菌性病害病原菌的分离鉴定

摘　　要：通过筛选患病羊肚菌子实体,获得3株病原菌。通过侵染采摘的羊肚菌子实体,发现假单孢菌属(Pseudomonas)菌株YDJ-1对羊肚菌子实体的生长存在威胁。当用YDJ-1菌液浇灌羊肚菌子实体周围土壤,培养至第6天,发现有10%羊肚菌子实体出现了菌柄发红、变软等细菌病害的病症,当培养至14 d时,发现有40%的羊肚菌出现发病状况,子实体菌柄呈红褐色、有水渍,子实体基本不生长,均为羊肚菌幼菇;未发病的60%子实体,生长畸形、菌柄膨大,进一步说明菌株YDJ-1可抑制羊肚菌的生长。该研究对羊肚菌栽培过程中防御细菌性病害有一定的指导意义。By screening diseased Morchella fruiting bodies, 3 pathogenic bacteria were obtained.By picking Morchella fruiting bodies infected, it was found that the strain Pseudomonas strain YDJ-1 threatened the growth of Morchella fruiting bodies.When using YDJ-1 water the soil around the Morchella fruit bodies with the bacterial solution, and cultivated to the 6 th day, it was found that 10% of the Morchella bodies had bacterial diseases such as redness and softening of the stem.When it was cultured to 14 days, 40% were found Morchella schizophrenia appeared disease status, the fruiting body stipe was reddish-brown with water stains, and the fruiting body basically did not grow, all of which were young Morchella mushrooms;60% of the fruiting bodies without disease had abnormal growth and enlarged stalk, it further showed that the strain YDJ-1 can inhibit the growth of Morchella.This study has certain guiding significance for the defense of bacterial diseases in Morchella cultivation.
