摘  要:对福建省莆田市桉树林套种不同阔叶树种2年后表层土壤(0~10 cm)土壤可溶性有机碳(DOC)、土壤可溶性有机氮(DON)、土壤微生物量碳(MBC)、土壤微生物量氮(MBN)、铵态氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)、硝态氮(NO_(3)^(-)-N)含量特征进行分析,并与细根生物量(FRB)、凋落物现存量(LSC)及其碳氮含量、土壤含水率(SMC)、土壤容重(SBD)、pH、P、K含量等进行相关性分析。结果表明,套种香樟+枫香+山樱花模式FRB(0.59 t/hm^(2))、LSC(1.58 t/hm^(2))、DOC(219.91 mg/kg)、DON(44.91 mg/kg)、NH_(4)^(+)-N(14.95 mg/kg)均显著高于其他模式;套种香樟+枫香+山樱花模式的土壤微生物量碳氮(MBC/MBN)比显著低于其他模式;主成分分析(PCA)结果表明,DON、FRB、MBN、NH_(4)^(+)-N呈显著正相关,MBC/MBN、凋落物碳氮比(LCC/LNC)、细根碳氮比(FRC/FRN)、NO_(3)^(-)-N之间存在显著负相关;冗余分析(RDA)结果显示,短期内桉树林分改造后土壤总磷(STP)、SBD、pH、LCC/LNC和FRC会显著影响土壤活性碳氮组分。The content characteristics of DOC,DON,MBC,MBN,NH_(4)^(+)-N,NO_(3)^(-)-N in the surface soil(0~10cm)of eucalyptus forest interplanted with different broad-leaved trees in Putian City,Fujian Province were analyzed,meanwhile,correlation analysis was made with the following indicators,such as FRB,LSC and their C and N content,SMC,SBD,pH,STP and STK content.The results showed that,FRB(0.59 t/hm^(2)),LSC(1.58 t/hm^(2)),DOC(219.91 mg/kg),DON(44.91 mg/kg),NH_(4)^(+)-N(14.95 mg/kg)in the Eucalyptus interplanting Cinnamomum czmphora+Liquidambar formosana+Cerasus serrulata mode were significantly higher than the others.MBC/MBN of the Eucalyptus forest interplanting C.czmphora+L.formosana+C.serrulata mode was significantly lower than the others,indicating that the soil microbial community composition changed significantly after interplanting.PCA results showed that there was a highly positive correlation between SOC,SON,FRB,MBC,MBN,and NO_(3)^(-)-N,but negatively related to MBC/MBN,FRC/FRN,LCC/LNC and NH_(4)^(+)-N.RDA results showed that STP,SBD,pH,LCC/LNC and FRC significantly affected soil active C and N components in the short term after transformation.
