摘  要:以叶梗分离段第五风分器为试验对象,采用正交试验法研究风分频率、一次抛料频率和二次抛料频率对风分出口取样量、叶含梗率、大中片率的影响。结果表明,在试验参数范围内,风分频率对叶含梗率、大中片率和风分出口取样量有显著影响;各因素对风分出口取样量的影响程度大小排序为风分频率>二次抛料频率>一次抛料频率;各因素对叶含梗率的影响程度大小排序为风分频率>二次抛料频率>一次抛料频率;各因素对大中片率的影响程度大小排序为风分频率>一次抛料频率>二次抛料频率。第五风分器最优参数如下:风分频率39 Hz、一次抛料频率42 Hz、二次抛料频率33 Hz。在此条件下,叶含梗率可控制在1.2%左右,且风分效率最高。The fifth air separator in the leaf-stem separation section was taken as the test object to study the effects of air separation frequency, primary throwing frequency and secondary throwing frequency on air outlet’s sampling volume, stem content in leaves, rate of large and medium leaves by using the orthogonal experiment method. The results showed that the air separation frequency had significant effects on stem content in leaves, rate of large and medium leaves, air outlet’s sampling volume in the range of experimental parameters. The influencing degree order of different factors on the air outlet’s sampling volume was as follows: air separation frequency > secondary throwing frequency > primary throwing frequency. The influencing degree order of different factors on the stem content in leaves was as follows: air separation frequency > secondary throwing frequency > primary throwing frequency. The influencing degree order of different factors on the rate of large and medium leaves was as follows: air separation frequency > primary throwing frequency > secondary throwing frequency. The optimal parameters of the fifth air separation equipment were as follows: air separation frequency 39 Hz, primary throwing frequency 42 Hz and secondary throwing frequency 33 Hz. Under these conditions, the stem content in leaves was controlled about 1.2%, and the air separation efficiency was the highest.
