补肾扶正汤治疗免疫性不孕症的效果及对内分泌指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾扶正汤治疗免疫性不孕症的效果及对内分泌指标的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2021年7月我院收治的120例免疫性不孕症患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组(60例,常规西药)和试验组(60例,补肾扶正汤)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率、抗精子抗体(AsAb)转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的睾酮(T)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)水平低于对照组,雌二醇(E_(2))水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)水平低于对照组,补体C3、C4水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾扶正汤治疗免疫性不孕效果确切,有助于调节内分泌指标及炎性因子水平,提高AsAb转阴率,改善患者预后。Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Fuzheng decoction in the treatment of immune infertility and its influence on endocrine indexes.Methods A total of 120 patients with immune infertility admitted in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(60 cases,conventional western medicine)and experimental group(60 cases,Bushen Fuzheng decoction)according to different treatment schemes.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment and negative conversion rate of anti-sperm antibody(AsAb)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of estradiol(E_(2))was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of complement C3 and C4 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Fuzheng decoction in the treatment of immune infertility has a definite effect,which is helpful to regulate the levels of endocrine indexes and inflammatory factors,improve the negative conversion rate of AsAb,and ameliorate the prognosis of patients.
