保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏对老年糖尿病患者阴道炎的效果及临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析妇康栓联合雌激素软膏用于老年糖尿病患者阴道炎患者治疗中的临床效果。方法经我院医学伦理委员会审批,并经患者同意的基础上。回顾分析于2020年3月至2021年4月我院收治的老年糖尿病阴道炎患者88例为研究对象。随机数字分为对照组44例与观察组44例。对照组使用雌激素软膏进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用保妇康栓联合治疗。统计患者中医证候评分情况;统计患者血清炎性因子指标情况;统计患者不良反应发生情况。结果观察组瘙痒、灼热、疼痛、出血及综合评分均低于2分,对照组均超过3分。观察组评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗开始前,观察组IL-2、TNF-α及MCP统计数值无显著差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过治疗后,观察组IL-2与TNF-α统计数值显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组MCP统计数值显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组不良反应临床总发生率为2.27%,对照组不良反应临床总发生率为22.73%。观察组临床总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏用于老年糖尿病患者阴道炎患者的治疗中能实现较好的临床效果,患者中医证候评分情况较好,血清炎症因子恢复正常,不良反应较少。建议在临床治疗中推广、使用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of fukang Suppository combined with estrogen ointment in the treatment of vaginitis in elderly diabetic patients.Methods On the basis of the approval of medical ethics committee of our hospital and consent of patients.A retrospective analysis of 88 elderly patients with diabetic vaginitis admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to April 2021 was conducted.Randomly divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(44 cases).The control group was treated with estrogen ointment,and the observation group was treated with Baofu Kang Suppository combined with the control group.TCM syndrome score of patients was counted;The indexes of serum inflammatory factors were analyzed.The incidence of adverse reactions in patients was analyzed.Results Pruritus,burning,pain,bleeding and comprehensive scores were all lower than 2 points in the observation group,and more than 3 points in the control group.The score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in IL-2,TNF-αand MCP in the observation group(P>0.05).After treatment,the statistical values of IL-2 and TNF--αin the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P=0.001).The MCP of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The total clinical incidence of adverse reactions was 2.27%in the observation group and 22.73%in the control group.The total clinical incidence of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baofu Kang Suppository combined with estrogen ointment can achieve better clinical effect in the treatment of senile diabetic patients with vaginitis,with better TCM syndrome score,normal serum inflammatory factors and less adverse reactions.It is
