基于“缓中补虚”探析大黄䗪虫丸论治晚期肝癌

摘　　要：“缓中补虚”蕴含着缓攻以祛瘀生新的治疗思路,体现了中医整体观和个性化的诊疗思维,符合“屡攻屡补,以平为期”的治癌理念。大黄䗪虫丸为张仲景名方,被历代医家所推崇,广泛用于临床,现代研究表明其含有多种抗癌活性物质。大黄䗪虫丸所体现的祛瘀润燥、通腑泄浊、缓消扶正的治疗思路切中晚期肝癌虚、瘀、毒的病机特点。通过对大黄䗪虫丸组方特点和晚期肝癌发病机制的理论阐述,为古方今用提供理论支持,为大黄䗪虫丸提供更多研究方向,为晚期肝癌患者提供更多治疗思路。"Relieving blood stasis and supplementing deficiency"is a new treatment of eliminating stasis and generating blood by slow regulation.It reflects the holistic view and the personalized diagnosis and treatment thinking of Chinese medicine,and conforms to the cancer treatment idea of"eliminating stasis and generating blood to achieve a healthy state".Dahuang Zhechong Pill is a well-known recipe of ZHANG Zhongjing,which has been highly praised by ancient physicians and widely used in clinical practice.Modern studies have shown that it contains a variety of anti-cancer active substances.The treatment thoughts of eliminating blood stasis and moistening dryness,defecating to eliminate wastes,and relieving blood stasis to strengthen healthy qi conform to the pathogenesis characteristics of deficiency,stasis and toxicity of middle-staged and advanced liver cancer.By theoretically elaborating the prescription characteristics of Dahuang Zhechong Pill and the pathogenesis of advanced liver cancer,this paper supports the modern application of ancient prescription theoretically,aiming to provide more research directions for Dahuang Zhechong Pill and more therapies for patients with advanced liver cancer.
