摘　　要：针对在标准置标语言中使用中文置标的误解,说明了XML对国际化的支持,包括UTF-8缺省字符集以及可以使用中文的XML构件。以中文办公软件文档格式国家标准UOF为参照,论述了不同标准版本中对中文置标的设计,以及支持国际化的方法。同时,对上述方法导致的数据量变化进行了分析。结果表明,中文置标可以降低实例文档的数据量,并增加可读性;增加标识符后,可以保持置标语义不变且提高实例文档的处理效率,而数据量的增加十分有限。最后指出:中文置标与标识符结合是满足置标本地化和国际化需求的有效方法。In order to eliminate the misunderstanding of using Chinese tags in the standard markup language,this paper explains the internationalization support in XML,including the UTF-8 default character set and the XML components that can use Chinese.With reference to the national standard of Chinese office document format UOF,it discusses the design of Chinese tags and the methods to support internationalization in different UOF versions.Additionally,the variation of data volume caused by the above method is analyzed.The results show that the Chinese tags can reduce the data amount of the instance document and increase the readability.By adding identifiers,the tag meaning can remain unchanged and the instance documents can be processed more efficiently,while the increase in data volume is very limited.It is pointed out that combining Chinese tags and identifier is an effective way to meet the requirements of localization and internationalization.
