摘  要:为实现钕铁硼废料铁尾渣的综合利用,提出一种从钕铁硼废料铁尾渣中制备高品质氧化铁红的方法,为铁红涂料的制备提供了新途径。该工艺主要包括酸溶还原净化除杂、晶种制备和氧化合成氧化铁红(α-Fe_(2)O_(3))等。在酸溶还原工序中,主要研究了还原剂种类和用量、硫酸用量、温度和p H值对铁浸出率的影响;在晶种制备和氧化合成过程中,探究了温度、通气量和晶种比对产物的晶体结构、晶体形貌和杂质含量的影响,并且通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析各阶段产品形貌。结果表明,以铁粉为还原剂,在温度为90℃、浓硫酸用量为理论用量的1.4倍、还原剂加入量为理论用量的1.1倍、pH值为5.0的条件下,铁的浸出率高达99.17%,得到了纯度较高的硫酸亚铁。在温度为15℃、通气量为10 L/h、晶种比为50%的条件下制备出纯度为95.45%的高品质氧化铁红产品,可作为工业级涂料的原材料。To realize the comprehensive utilization of Nd-Fe-B waste iron tailings,a method for preparing high-quality iron oxide red from Nd-Fe-B waste iron tailings was proposed,and this also provided a new way for the preparation of iron red coatings.The process mainly includes acid solution reduction purification and impurity removal,seed crystal preparation and oxidation synthesis of iron oxide red(α-Fe_(2)O_(3)) and other processes.The effect of reducing agent type and dosage,sulfuric acid dosage,temperature and pH value of purification process on iron leaching rate were mainly studied in acid-soluble reduction process,in the seed crystal preparation and oxidation synthesis process,the influence of temperature,aeration rate and seed crystal ratio on the crystal structure,crystal morphology and impurity content of the product was explored.The morphology of the product at each stage was characterized and analyzed by XRD and SEM.The research results show that using iron powder as the reducing agent,under the conditions of temperature of 90 ℃,1.4 times of concentrated sulfuric acid and 1.1 times of reducing agent,and the pH value of 5.0,the iron leaching rate was up to 99.17%,and high purity ferrous sulfate was obtained.A high-quality iron oxide red product with a purity of 95.45% was prepared under the conditions of a temperature of 15 ℃,a ventilation rate of 10 L/h,and a seed ratio of 50%,which can be used as a raw material for industrial-grade coatings.
