摘  要:通过对冷轧轧硬板进行不同退火温度的实验,研究退火温度对汽车用冷轧无间隙原子(Interstitial Free,IF)钢最终组织、性能和织构的影响规律,寻找IF钢的最佳退火温度。结果表明,退火温度升高,屈服强度、抗拉强度降低,延伸率、塑性应变比和平面各向异性指数提高。在退火织构中,{111}<112>强度最高且含量最多,{111}<110>和{112}<110>织构稍弱,{001}织构的含量极少。当退火温度为780℃时进行连续退火工业生产,可得到性能良好的汽车用冷轧IF钢。Through experiments with different annealing temperatures on cold-rolled hard plates,the influence of annealing temperature on the final microstructure,properties and texture of cold-rolled interstitial free steel(IF steel) for automobiles was studied,and the optimal annealing temperature of IF steel was found.The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature,the yield strength and tensile strength decrease,and the elongation,plastic strain ratio and plane anisotropy index increase.Among the annealed textures,{111}texture has the highest intensity and the highest content,{111} and {112} texture are slightly weaker,and{001} texture content is very small.It is proposed that continuous annealing at 780 ℃ for industrial production can improve IF steel’ properties.
