二氧化碳清洗技术在烧结机头电除尘器中的应用

摘  要:针对新余钢铁股份有限公司(简称新钢,下同)烧结机头电除尘器运行情况,分析了电除尘器运行中出现的问题及其产生的原因,采用二氧化碳清洗技术对电除尘器极板、极线积灰进行清洗,并对比清洗前后电除尘器二次电流、电压、除尘效果。结果表明,采用二氧化碳清洗技术清洗后的电除尘器二次电流、电压分别由50 mA、30 kV左右提高到200 mA、45 kV左右;出口粉尘浓度由80 mg/m^(3)降低到40 mg/m^(3)。该技术具有良好的实际应用效果,对同行业的电除尘器极板、极线清洗具有借鉴意义。In view of the operation situation of electrostatic precipitator (ESP) on the sintering machine head of Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,the problems and causes in the operation of the ESP were analyzed,and a new carbon dioxide cleaning technology was used to clean the dust on the ESP pole plates and pole lines.The secondary current,voltage and dedusting effect of ESP were compared before and after cleaning.The results show that the secondary current and voltage of the ESP after the new carbon dioxide cleaning technology are increased from about 50 mA and 30 kV to more than 200 mA and 45 kV respectively;the outlet dust concentration decreased from 80 mg/m^(3) to about 40 mg/m^(3).The technology enjoys good practical application effect,and has reference significance for the cleaning of electrode plates and pole lines of ESP in the same industry.
