摘  要:本研究依据水果罐头玻璃瓶尺寸,以C型瓦楞纸板建立缓冲结构,通过抗压实验和跌落实验分析所设计的包装结构在瓶盖缓冲高度、瓶身缓冲高度和卡扣宽度变化时的缓冲性能,并依据包装减量原则对结构进行优化设计。结果表明,随着瓶盖缓冲高度、瓶身缓冲高度、卡扣宽度的增加,缓冲结构的抗压能力逐渐增强,瓶身的最大加速度值逐渐降低。当瓶盖缓冲高度为15mm、瓶身缓冲高度为18mm、卡扣宽度为15mm时,缓冲结构的最大载荷为279.33N,最大加速度为191.42m/s~2。之后再增加缓冲结构参数时,最大载荷值的增幅和最大加速度值降幅均不明显。在水果罐头缓冲包装中,通过合理的结构设计,既能发挥瓦楞纸板的缓冲性能,实现结构的保护功能,又能节约材料,降低生产成本和流通成本,同时体现结构的完整性和艺术性。According to the size of canned fruit glass bottles,a cushioning structure was established with C-type corrugated board,the buffer performance of the structure was analyzed as the buffer height of the bottle cap,the buffer height of the bottle body and the folding width of the bottle buckle change.According to the principle of packaging reduction,the structure was optimized.With the increase of the buffer height of the bottle cap,the buffer height of the bottle body and the buckle width,the compressive capacity of the structure was gradually enhanced and the maximum acceleration of the bottle body was gradually reduced.When the buffer height of the bottle cap was 15mm,the buffer height of the bottle body was 18mm and the width of the buckle was 15mm,the maximum load of the structure was 279.33N and the maximum acceleration was 191.42m/s~2.After that,the increase of the maximum load and the decrease of the maximum acceleration were not obvious.In canned fruit buffer packaging,through reasonable structural design,it can not only give play to the cushioning performance of corrugated board and realize the protection function of the structure,but also save materials,reduce production cost and circulation cost,and reflect the integrity and artistry of the structure.
