摘  要:新版国家标准《GB 23350-2021限制商品过度包装要求食品和化妆品》针对包装层数过多、空隙率过大、成本过高的问题,对食品和化妆品包装提出了明确的要求。本研究以某品牌即食燕窝包装为例,基于减量化设计理念,应用缓冲结构设计原理,结合产品冷链运输要求,以运输包装件测试标准ISTA 3A为评价基准,采取逐步优化的方法对即食燕窝进行包装设计,对标包装层数、包装空隙率、包装成本进行优化改善直至满足标准要求。结果表明,新版标准对食品和化妆品包装的影响主要在包装空隙率上,控制包装空隙率是减量化包装设计的重点和难点。本研究方法及内容可以为类似产品的减量化包装设计提供参考。The national standard GB 23350-2021 Requirements of Restricting Excessive Package-Foods and Cosmetics puts forward clear requirements for foods and cosmetics packaging according to the excessive package layers, oversize interspace ratio and high cost. In this study, taking the packaging of a instant edible bird’s nest as an example, based on the concept of reduction design, applying the design principle of the buffer structure, combining with the cold chain transportation requirements, taking transport packaging test standard ISTA 3A as evaluation benchmark, the packaging of the instant edible bird’s nest was designed with a gradual optimization method. The package layers, the interspace ratio and package cost were optimized and improved to meet the requirements of standards.The results showed that the limitation of excessive packaging on foods and cosmetics is mainly reflected in the control of interspace ratio, which is the key and difficult point of reduced packaging design. At the same time, the research method and content of this study can provide reference for the reduction packaging design of similar products.
