双平面网格式自体脂肪移植矫正额部凹陷的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨应用自体脂肪颗粒双平面网格式注射法矫治额颞部凹陷的临床效果。方法采用自体脂肪颗粒移植矫正额凹陷,通过注射麻醉液预先估计填充量。以注射器吸取大腿脂肪颗粒,经纯化后,在皮下和肌下网格式超量注射充填额凹陷。结果本组50例患者术后未发现有感染、坏死及液化等并发症。15例进行二次注射外,其余均为一次性注射。术后6个月至24个月随访,充填后原凹陷部位丰满,局部无硬结,质感和外形好,与周围组织无界限。结论采用双平面网格式方法行自体脂肪颗粒移植矫治额部的凹陷,额部外形良好。此方法是矫正额部轮廓、面部年轻化理想的方法,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect on the fronto augmentation by the free transplantation of autologous fat granule graft of grid type and double layer.Methods The amount of soft-tissue defect was estimated by the volume of the injected local anaesthetic liquid.The thigh fat granule was aspirated with common syringe and then re-injected into subcutaneous layer and subfrontalis layer after be concentrated.Results All the 50 patients were involved in the analysis of result.There were not the complications.such as.Infection.necrosis.liquefied.and so on.Besides 15 cases needed secondary injection.others were all corrected by one time.With the follow-up 6 months to 24 months.All the cases were satisfying with external shape.Conclusions autologous fat grafting by grid type and double layers is effective in the augmentation of fronto depression.And it is a ideal approach of face rejuvenation and correcting the contour worthy of clinical application.
