摘　　要：目的研究自体真皮移植疝修补术治疗成人腹壁脂肪疝的临床效果。方法对2017年6月至2020年8月期间于滨州医学院附属医院收治的6例腹壁脂肪疝行自体真皮移植疝修补术,切取肿物皮肤去除表皮的真皮组织,分离疝囊、疝孔及腹直肌前鞘,还纳健康疝内容物,严密缝合疝孔及腹直肌前鞘,真皮组织缝于疝孔周围作为补片。以同期15例腹腔镜下无张力疝修补患者作为对照,评价自体真皮移植疝修补术的临床效果。结果两组患者在手术时间、术后复发比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但在住院时间情况上,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究结果显示了采用自体真皮移植疝修补术,术后患者住院时间减少,术后疼痛轻,没有发生术后复发,住院费用减少,减轻患者身心及经济负担。Objective To study the clinical effect of auto-dermal graft hernia repair for adult abdominal fat hernia.Methods Autologous dermal graft hernia repair was performed in six cases of abdominal wall fat hernia admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital between June 2017 and August 2020.Dermal tissue was obtained,the hernia sac,hernia hole and anterior rectus abdominis sheath were separated and healthy hernia contents were returned.Then,the hernia hole and anterior rectus abdominis sheath were tightly sutured.Finally,the dermal tissue was sewn around the hernia hole as a patch.Fifteen patients with laparoscopic tension-free hernia repair at the same period were used as controls to evaluate the clinical effects of autologous dermal graft hernia repair.Results There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in the comparison of operation time and postoperative recurrence;however,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the comparison of the hospitalization time situation.Conclusion The results of this study showed that the use of autologous dermal graft hernia repair resulted in reduced hospitalization time,mild postoperative pain,no postoperative recurrence,reduced hospitalization costs,and reduced physical,psychological,and economic burden on the patients.
