梅花针结合640nm红光、2%米诺地尔治疗斑秃的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究使用三联疗法(梅花针叩刺、高能窄谱640nm红光生发仪照射和2%米诺地尔溶液外用)治疗斑秃的临床效果。方法选取本院皮肤科门诊2021年10月-2022年3月收治的80例斑秃患者,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(二联疗法治疗)和观察组(三联疗法治疗),每组各40例,比较两组经3个月治疗后的总有效率、见效时间、新发的生长面积、不良反应率以及皮肤病生活质量评分(DLQI)的数值差异。结果两组完成治疗后,观察组总有效率85%,明显高于对照组75%(P<0.05);且新发开始生长的时间观察组也早于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后DLQI,观察组显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论梅花针叩刺、高能窄谱640nm红光照射及2%米诺地尔溶液外用,三者联合,不仅显著提高疗效,加快起效时间,且显著改善患者生活质量,值得应用于临床。Objective To explore the clinical effect of triple therapy((plum-blossom needle percussion,high-energy narrowspectrum 640nm red light hair regenerator irradiation,and 2%minoxidil solution))in the treatment of alopecia areata.Methodology 80 patients with alopecia areata admitted to the Department of Dermatology outpatient of our hospital from October 2021 to March 2022 were selected.The above patients are divided into control group(dual therapy treatment)and observation group(triple therapy treatment)based on the random number table method,every group has 40 cases.Both groups underwent three months of treatment and compared the rate of total effective,the time of effective,the growing area of new hair,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the dermatological quality of life score(DLQI).Results After treatments were completed in both groups,the total effective rate of the observation group was 85%,which was apparently higher than that of the control group 75%(P<0.05).And the time of new growth in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the DLQI of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of plum-flower needle hammering,high-energy narrow-spectrum 640nm red light irradiation,and 2%minoxidil solution can not only significantly improve the curative effect and accelerate the onset time,but also significantly improve the quality of life of patients.The above research is worthy of clinical application.
