局部浸润麻醉下自体肋软骨移植鼻尖成形术的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨局部浸润麻醉下自体肋软骨移植鼻尖成形术的护理要点。方法对20例局部浸润麻醉下自体肋软骨移植鼻尖成形的受术者从术前宣教、术中的手术配合及术后的护理进行总结。结果经术前的充分宣教、术中的熟练配合及关怀、术后的正确指导及护理,患者手术顺利,术后疼痛不明显,术后早期可下床活动,恢复较快。术后随访3至6个月,鼻部形态自然。结论局部浸润麻醉下自体肋软骨移植鼻尖成形术效果较好,恢复时间短,术后不适少。实施安全、规范的围术期护理对手术成功起到了有效保障.Objective To present our nursing experience and techniques with the nasal tip plastic surgery with autologous costal cartilage transplantation under local infiltration anesthesia.Methods Total of 20 patients who underwent nasal tip plastic surgery in our hospital were selected,and summarized the nursing points of perioperative period.Results After adequate education before operation,skilled cooperation and care during operation,and correct guidance and nursing after operation,the operation went smoothly,the pain was not obvious after operation,and the patient could get out of bed early after operation and recover quickly.After 3 to 6 months of follow-up,the nose shape was natural.Conclusion Nasal tip plastic surgery with autologous costal cartilage transplantation under local infiltration anesthesia has better effect,shorter recovery time and less postoperative discomfort.Implementing safe and standardized perioperative nursing has effectively guaranteed the success of the operation.
