摘　　要：针对当前企业信息化服务平台在运行中存在提供的服务与用户需求匹配度较低的问题,基于软件即服务(Software as a Service,SaaS)模式对企业信息化服务平台进行设计研究。从硬件角度实现对计算服务器群的设计和平台交换机选型,从软件角度建立企业信息化服务平台数据库和基于SaaS模式的应用门户信息化管理系统,为企业运营服务提供支撑。通过对比实验,新的服务平台在实际应用中为用户提供的服务与用户所需服务的匹配度更高,平台服务质量得到极大提升。Aiming at the problem that the service provided by the current enterprise informatization service platform has a low degree of matching with user needs in the operation,the design and research of the enterprise informatization service platform based on the Software as a Service(SaaS)model is carried out.From the perspective of hardware,it realizes the design of the computing server group and the selection of platform switches.From the perspective of software,it establishes an enterprise information service platform database and an application portal information management system based on the SaaS model to provide support for enterprise operation services.Through comparative experiments,the services provided by the new service platform in practical applications have a higher degree of matching with the services required by users,and the service quality of the platform has been greatly improved.
