摘  要:由于信息传输过程中存在认证异常问题,导致数据传输双方信息的一致性受到影响,从而影响数据安全传输质量。为实现海量医疗数据的安全传输,基于国密算法进行海量医疗数据安全传输系统设计。以SAG-100WM作为系统的智能接入网关装置,再对系统以太网接口装置进行设计,以此确保网络环境及数据传输的稳定性。软件部分,结合采用组件化、动态化、分层设计理念构建医疗数据仓库,通过国密加密算法设置身份认证密钥,设置数据传输双方认证标识,确保信息传输的一致性。测试结果表明,利用设计系统进行数据传输时,接收方计算出的加密信息与已知的国密加密信息完全一致。Due to the authentication abnormalities in the process of information transmission,the consistency of information on both sides of data transmission is affected,thus affecting the quality of data security transmission.In order to realize the secure transmission of mass medical data,the system design of mass medical data secure transmission is based on the national secret algorithm.The SAG-100WM is used as the system’s intelligent access gateway device,and then the system’s Ethernet interface device is designed to ensure the stability of the network environment and data transmission.In the software part,the medical data warehouse is constructed by combining the concept of component-based,dynamic and hierarchical design,and the identity authentication key is set by the national secret encryption algorithm,and the authentication mark of both sides of data transmission is set to ensure the consistency of information transmission.The test results show that when using the designed system for data transmission,the encrypted information calculated by the receiver is exactly the same as the known state-secure encrypted information.
