摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和田野调查法等研究方法,运用文化学和社会学等多科理论知识,以建设习近平新时期健康中国国家意志为引领,对全国第七届农运会体育场馆赛后公共服务的现状、困境及治理路径进行学理分析与设计。认为在当前全民健身国家政策全面推进的情况下赛后体育场馆仍呈现利用率低的现象,显示着科学有序的将大型体育场馆从传统经营模式向现代转型的迫切性,应认真审思其它大型体育场馆资源转化的成功案例,以期为推动大型体育场馆更好地为全民健身服务、为群众体育发展服务工作以及场馆运营提供学理借鉴。By adopting the research methods of documentary,expert interview and fieldwork,applying the multi-disciplinary theoretical knowledge of culturology and sociology,and guided by xi Jinping’s national will to build a healthy China in the new era,this paper makes a theoretical analysis and design on the status quo,predicament and governance path of the public service of stadiums after the 7th National Peasant Games.It is considered that in the current situation of the comprehensive advance of national fitness policy,the utilization ratio of stadiums is still low,which shows the urgency of transforming the large-scale stadiums from the traditional operation mode to the modern operation mode orderly and scientifically,and the successful cases of resource transformation of other large-scale stadiums should be carefully pondered,hoping to provide academic reference for promoting the large-scale stadiums to better serve the national fitness,the development of masses sports services and the operation of stadiums.
