摘  要:在“一流本科专业”建设的背景下,一流的实验室建设是发展运动康复专业不可或缺的元素。为更好地促进安徽省高校运动康复专业的蓬勃发展,运用文献资料法、实地考察法、逻辑分析法,参考运动康复实验课程的教学经验,对照教育部对运动康复专业实验课程的培养要求,跟踪与分析运动康复专业实验课程的教学过程。结果表明:实验室管理体制不够健全,实验室管理人员数量不够,实验室器材设施建设不足,实验室管理人员待遇不高。为此,提出了健全实验室管理体制,加强实验室管理队伍建设,完善实验室器材设施建设,提高实验室管理人员待遇。Under the background of"First-class undergraduate course"construction,first-class laboratory construction is an indispensable element in the development of sports rehabilitation major.In order to better promote the vigorous development of sports rehabilitation major in colleges and universities in Anhui province,the use of literature data method,field investigation method,logical analysis method,reference to the teaching experience of sports rehabilitation experimental courses,control the requirements of the Ministry of Education for sports rehabilitation professional experimental courses training,track and analyze the teaching process of sports rehabilitation professional experimental courses.The results show that the laboratory management system is not perfect enough,the number of laboratory management personnel is not enough,the laboratory equipment and facilities construction is insufficient,and the laboratory management personnel treatment is not high.To this end,the proposed to improve the laboratory management system,increase the number of laboratory management personnel,improve the construction of laboratory equipment and facilities,improve the treatment of laboratory management personnel.
