摘　　要：高血压血管重构是高血压病导致的各种靶器官损害的重要病理环节,因此对高血压病的治疗不应局限于降压本身,还需重视血管保护和逆转血管重构。针刺疗法是被世界卫生组织推荐的治疗高血压病的适宜疗法,国内外研究结果均显示针刺具有显著的降压作用,但机制尚不明确。该文通过梳理高血压血管重构涉及的血流动力学、血管活性物质以及细胞外基质等主要机制,结合目前针刺对心血管疾病的积极效应,对针刺改善或逆转高血压血管重构、保护靶器官提出新的研究思路,以期为今后的相关研究提供参考依据。Vascular remodeling in hypertension is an important pathological link of target organ damage caused by hypertension.Therefore,the treatment of hypertension should not be limited to blood pressure itself,but also pay attention to vascular protection and reversal of vascular remodeling.Acupuncture is an appropriate therapy recommended by the World Health Organization for treating hypertension.Research results at home and abroad show that acupuncture has a significant antihypertensive effect,but the mechanism is stillunclear.Combined the positive effects of acupuncture on cardiovascular diseases,new research ideas for acupuncture to improve or reverse hypertensive vascular remodeling and protect target organs were put forwardby analyzing the main mechanisms of hemodynamics,vasoactive substances and extracellular matrix involved in hypertensive vascular remodeling,with a view to providing reference for related research in the future.
