摘　　要：小儿遗尿症是一种儿童常见病,现代医学治疗药物及手段各异,但治疗此病效果不佳,不良反应多。而中医药疗法包括口服中药汤剂、中成药验方、穴位贴敷、针灸、耳穴疗法等,治疗小儿遗尿症具有疗效显著,具有依从性好,不良反应少的特点,该文就中医疗法在小儿遗尿症临床应用中的研究进展进行综述。近年的文献报道多为个人经验及小样本的病例观察,缺乏系统规范的科研设计。今后在辨证论治小儿遗尿症治疗时,应针对患者进行个体化治疗,制订出效优价廉的治疗方案,对确有实效的诊疗方案予以推广,以达到较好的治疗效果。Children nocturnal enuresis is a common disease in kids.Modern medical treatments use different drugs and methods,but get incomplete response and many adverse reactions.The traditional Chinese medicine therapy,including oral Chinese medicine decoction and Chinese medicine prescriptions,acupuncture applied,acupuncture,and ear acupoint therapy,has the characteristics of significant curative effect,good compliance,and less adverse reactions in the treatment of children enuresis.Research progress on the applications of traditional Chinese medicine in children′s enuresis was reviewed.Most of case reports on infantile enuresis are more experience-based and case observation with small sample sizes in recent years,lacking systematic and standardized scientific research design.In the future,individualized,effective and inexpensive treatment plans should be formulated and carried out in the treatment of infantile enuresis based on syndrome differentiation.Effective diagnosis and treatment plans should be promoted to achieve better treatment results.
