升陷汤的临床应用探讨

摘　　要：升陷汤是出自于清末医家张锡纯的《医学衷中参西录》一书,是治疗大气下陷的代表方。张锡纯先生在书中阐述大气的内涵,并总结大气托举心肺、主宰全身气血运行的生理功能。当胸中大气下陷后,贯心脉、行呼吸的功能失常则会出现胸满气短等一系列病理表现。针对大气下陷病因病机并结合多年临床经验,张氏升陷汤补气、升阳、举陷,为治疗此类病证提供理论依据和诊治方法,对后世医家也有重要的指导意义。此证在现代临床中亦常见,明确诊断后可应用升陷汤加减治疗,多取效甚捷。Shengxian decoction is a representative prescription for treating qi collapse,which is derived from"Intergrating Chinese and Western Medicine"written by Zhang Xichun,a physician in the late Qing Dynasty.Mr.Zhang Xichun elaborated the connotation of the Da Qi in the book,and summarized the physiological function of the Da Qi to lift the heart and lung and dominate the whole body qi and blood operation.When pectoral qi collapses,a series of pathological manifestations such as chest fullness and shortness of breath will occur.Confronted with the etiology and pathogenesis of the Da Qi collapse and combined with years of clinical experience,Zhang′s Shengxian decoction can tonify qi,upbear yang and raise the fall,providing theoretical basis and diagnosis and treatment methods for treating such diseases and syndromes,and also has important guiding significance for future generations of physicians.This syndrome is also common in modern clinical practice,and can be treated with Shengxian decoction with different dosage after definite diagnosis.The benefit is visible in most cases.
