银离子藻酸盐敷料在剖宫产难愈伤口中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究剖宫产伤口难愈患者应用银离子藻酸盐敷料的可行性。方法选取46例剖宫产伤口难愈患者为研究对象,以1:1比例分布法将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组23例。对照组采用门诊常规敷料护理,研究组采用门诊银离子藻酸盐敷料护理。对比两组疼痛程度、瘢痕情况、临床指标及生存质量。结果研究组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及温哥华瘢痕评分量表(VSS)评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组肉芽生长时间、伤口愈合时间显著短于对照组,换药次数显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组精力评分(82.89±4.29)分、生理机能评分(83.47±3.43)分、生理职能评分(82.89±4.66)分、躯体疼痛评分(83.76±5.82)分、社会功能评分(82.66±3.98)分、情感职能评分(85.99±4.27)分、精神健康评分(88.53±5.09)分、一般健康状况评分(88.82±4.17)分,显著高于对照组(80.04±4.05)、(81.17±3.22)、(80.07±4.18)、(80.26±5.02)、(80.28±3.76)、(83.29±4.05)、(85.03±4.83)、(86.25±3.98)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产伤口难愈患者应用银离子藻酸盐敷料护理效果确切,可降低患者疼痛程度及瘢痕情况,改善临床指标,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the feasibility of silver ion alginate dressing in patients with refractory cesarean section wound.Methods A total of 46 patients with refractory cesarean section wounds were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by 1:1 ratio distribution method,with 23 cases in each group.The control group received outpatient routine dressing nursing,while the observation group received outpatient silver ion alginate dressing nursing.The pain degree,scar condition,clinical indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The granulation growth time and wound healing time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the frequency of dressing change was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the energy score was(82.89±4.29)points,the physiological function score was(83.47±3.43)points,the physiological function score was(82.89±4.66)points,the physical pain score was(83.76±5.82)points,the social function score was(82.66±3.98)points,and the emotional function score was(85.99±4.27)points,mental health score(88.53±5.09)points,general health status score(88.82±4.17)points,significantly higher than the control group(80.04±4.05)points,(81.17±3.22)points,(80.07±4.18)points,(80.26±5.02)points,(80.28±3.76)points,(83.29±4.05)points,(85.03±4.83)points,(86.25±3.98)points.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of silver ion alginate dressing on patients with refractory cesarean section wound is accurate,which can reduce the pain degree and scar condition of patients,improve the clinical indicators and improve the quality of life.
