阴式骶棘韧带悬吊术治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病中的护理措施及效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察盆底功能障碍性疾病(FPFD)患者行阴式骶棘韧带悬吊术的护理措施及效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月收治的85例FPFD患者,其中2020年1~12月收治42例患者为对照组,采用常规护理;2021年1~12月收治43例患者为观察组,采用围手术期护理。比较两组护理满意度、并发症发生情况及围手术期指标。结果观察组护理满意度(93.02%)高于对照组(73.81%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(4.65%)低于对照组(23.81%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、术后排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FPFD行阴式骶棘韧带悬吊术可获得可靠疗效,重视围术期护理、坚持盆底肌肉锻炼等,对降低并发症发生率、提高护理满意度及缩短康复时间均具有重要意义。Objective To observe the nursing measures and effects of vaginal sacrospinous ligament suspension in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction(FPFD).Methods 85 patients with FPFD admitted from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected,among which 42 patients admitted from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the control group and received routine nursing.From January to December 2021,43 patients were admitted to the observation group,and received perioperative nursing.The nursing satisfaction,complications and perioperative indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group(93.02%)was higher than that of control group(73.81%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(4.65%)was lower than that in the control group(23.81%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,postoperative exhaust time,ambulation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion FPFD with vaginal sacrospinous ligament suspension can obtain reliable curative effect,pay attention to perioperative nursing,adhere to pelvic floor muscle exercise,etc.are of great significance to reduce the incidence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction and shorten the rehabilitation time.
