呼吸锻炼专项护理应用于肺肿物患者围手术期的效果

摘　　要：目的分析呼吸锻炼专项护理应用于肺肿物患者围手术期的效果。方法对我院在2021年6月至2022年6月收治的100例行肺肿物手术的患者进行分析,以入院先后顺序将其分为两组,对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行呼吸锻炼专项护理干预,分析两组患者临床相关数据。结果观察组护理后呼吸功能锻炼依从性与护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后物质生活、心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能及自理能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后PEF高于对照组(P<0.05);且PEEPi与住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论呼吸锻炼专项护理对接受手术的肺肿物患者的治疗有特殊效果,能够减少肺部感染,有效缩短住院时间,提高功能性运动依从性和生活质量,提高患者满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of respiratory exercise special nursing applied to patients with pulmonary masses during perioperative period.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,100 patients who underwent lung tumor surgery in our hospital were analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to the order of admission time.The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received special nursing intervention for respiratory exercise.The clinical relevant data of the two groups were analyzed.Results The compliance of respiratory function exercise and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of material life,psychological function,social function,physical function and self-care ability of the patients in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The PEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).And PEEPi and hospitalization time in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The special nursing of respiratory exercise has a special effect on the treatment of patients with pulmonary masses undergoing surgery,which can reduce pulmonary infection,effectively shorten the length of hospital stay,improve functional exercise compliance and quality of life,and improve patient satisfaction.
