小儿外科手术的术中护理配合及护理体会

摘　　要：目的对小儿外科手术的术中护理配合及护理体会加以探讨和分析。方法选择我院2018年9月至2021年10月接收的小儿外科手术患儿178例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各89例。对照组给予常规术中护理配合,观察组实施优质术中护理配合,对比两组的护理效果。结果对照组患儿家属对护理质量的各项评分均显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组患儿并发症发生率显著高于观察组,护理满意度低于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组患儿的护理有效率明显低于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组患儿生活质量各项评分均显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组患儿低体温发生率(22.47%)显著高于观察组(7.87%),数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于小儿外科手术患儿做好术中配合以及护理干预能够显著改善护理效果和满意度,促进患儿生活质量的改善,降低患儿并发症发生率和低体温发生率,促使患儿家属对于护理工作的满意度得以提升。Objective To discuss and analyze the intraoperative nursing cooperation and nursing experience in pediatric surgery.Methods A total of 178 pediatric surgical children received in our hospital from September 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 89 cases in each group according to the principle of random number table method.The control group was given routine intraoperative nursing cooperation,and the observation group was given high-quality intraoperative nursing cooperation,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of nursing quality of the family members of the children in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,and the nursing satisfaction was lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).The nursing effective rate of children in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the children in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of hypothermia in the control group(22.47%)was significantly higher than that in the observation group(7.87%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative cooperation and nursing intervention for children undergoing pediatric surgery can significantly improve the nursing effect and satisfaction,promote the improvement of children's quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications and hypothermia in children,and promote children's family members to care about nursing care.
