右美托咪定对产科椎管内麻醉术后寒战效果评定

摘　　要：目的分析右美托咪定对产科椎管内麻醉术后寒战效果。方法选取我院2020年1月至2022年9月收治的80例行剖宫产术患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予生理盐水,观察组给予右美托咪定,比较两组患者术后寒战发生率,舒适度评分,并发症发生率,镇静效果。结果观察组患者术后寒战发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);麻醉前,两组患者舒适度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术结束时,观察组患者舒适度评分高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);T_(0)、T_(1)时,两组患者镇静效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),T_(2)、T_(3)时,观察组患者镇静效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。T_(0)时,两组患者MAP、HR及SpO_(2)差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),T_(1)时,两组患者HR、SpO_(2)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),MAP水平相比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);T_(2)时,两组SpO_(2)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组HR低于对照组,MAP高于对照组(P<0.05);T_(3)时,两组MAP、SpO_(2)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组HR低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定对产科椎管内麻醉术后寒战改善效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of dexmedetomidine on shivering after intraspinal anesthesia in obstetrics.Methods A total of 80 cases of cesarean section patients admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given normal saline,and the observation group was given dexmedetomidine.The incidence of postoperative shivering,comfort score,complication rate,and sedation effect of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative shivering in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before anesthesia,there was little difference in comfort scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At the end of the operation,the comfort scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At T_(0) and T_(1),there was little difference in the sedation effect between the two groups(P>0.05).At T_(2) and T_(3),the sedation effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).At T_(0),there was no significant difference in MAP,HR and SpO_(2) between the two groups(P>0.05).At T_(1),there was no significant difference in HR and SpO_(2) between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the level of MAP in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).At T_(2),there was no significant difference in SpO_(2) between the two groups(P>0.05).HR in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while MAP was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);At T_(3),there was no significant difference in MAP and SpO_(2) between the two groups(P>0.05).HR in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dextrmedetomidine can significantly improve shivering after spinal anesthesia in obstetrics,which is worth populari
