对血性精囊炎患者采取经直肠超声诊断的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血性精囊炎患者采取经直肠超声诊断的意义。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月在辽宁省大连市中心医院的80例血性精囊炎患者,随机分为经直肠超声诊断组和经腹部超声检查组,经腹部超声检查组40例血性精囊炎患者进行腹部超声检查方法,经直肠超声诊断组40例血性精囊炎患者采用经直肠超声诊断方法,比较两组患者接受检测检查后患者腺管扩张临床符合度、射精管囊肿临床符合度以及精囊囊肿临床符合度。结果经直肠超声诊断组患者接受临床检查后患者腺管扩张临床符合度、射精管囊肿临床符合度以及精囊囊肿临床符合度高于经腹部超声检查组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者射精管钙化临床符合度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对血性精囊炎患者检测来说,采取经直肠超声诊断的临床效果较好,可以有效检查出血性精囊炎患者的临床病理情况,准确率较高,对临床治疗有指导意义。Objective To investigate the significance of transrectal ultrasound in the diagnosis of haemorrhagic seminal vesiculitis.Methods Ninety cases of bloody seminal vesiculitis in Dalian Central Hospital of Liaoning Province from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the transrectal ultrasound diagnosis group and the transabdominal ultrasound examination group.The transabdominal ultrasound examination group included 40 cases of bloody seminal vesiculitis.A total of 40 patients with haemorrhage seminal vesiculitis in the transrectal ultrasound diagnosis group were diagnosed by transrectal ultrasound.The clinical compliance of adenodilation,ejaculatory duct cyst,and seminal vesicle cyst were compared between the two groups after examination.Results By transrectal ultrasound in the diagnosis of patients accepted clinical examination after the expansion of the gland in patients with clinical conformity degree,clinical conformity degree,ejaculatory duct cyst,seminal vesicle cyst clinical conformity degree higher than that of patients via abdominal ultrasound inspection group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),two groups of ejaculatory duct calcification in patients with clinical conformity degree no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion For the detection of haemorrhagic seminal vesiculitis,the clinical effect of transrectal ultrasound diagnosis is better,can effectively detect the clinicopathological situation of patients with haemorrhagic seminal vesiculitis,the accuracy is higher,has guiding significance for clinical treatment.
