甘精胰岛素联合复方甲亢片治疗糖尿病伴甲亢的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病伴甲亢患者采用甘精胰岛素联合复方甲亢片的治疗效果。方法纳入我院2019年3月至2020年12月接诊的100例糖尿病伴甲亢患者,使用奇偶法将患者平均分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组接受甘精胰岛素联合丙硫氧嘧啶治疗,观察组接受甘精胰岛素联合复方甲亢片治疗,比较两组糖尿病伴甲亢患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸3、血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸4、促甲状腺激素优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组甲状腺功能改善时间、血糖达标时间、胰岛素平均用量和平均住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应(头痛、眩晕、关节痛、淋巴结肿大、恶心)发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病伴甲亢患者采用甘精胰岛素联合复方甲亢片的治疗效果确切,可更好的改善患者的血糖情况,促进患者甲状腺功能快速恢复。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of insulin glargine combined with compound hyperthyroidism tablets in patients with diabetes mellitus with hyperthyroidism.Methods In our hospital during March 2019 to December 2020 alone,100 cases of patients with hyperthyroidism with diabetes,patients,on average,using odd-even method divided into control group and observation group,50 cases/group,control group treated with insulin combined propylthiouracil,observation group received insulin joint compound hyperthyroidism treatment,compared two groups of patients with hyperthyroidism with diabetes clinical therapeutic effect.Results Fasting blood glucose,2-h postprandial blood glucose,serum free triiodine-methylamine 3,serum free triiodine-methylamine 4 and thyroid stimulating hormone in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of thyroid function,the time of blood glucose reaching standard,the average amount of insulin and the average length of hospital stay in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(headache,dizziness,joint pain,lymph node enlargement and nausea)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of insulin glargine combined with compound hyperthyroidism tablets in patients with diabetes mellitus accompanied by hyperthyroidism is accurate,which can better improve the patients'blood glucose situation and promote the rapid recovery of patients'thyroid function.
