血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床护理体会

摘　　要：目的探究血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床护理体会。方法研究对象为本院2019年9月至2020年9月收治的90例皮肤瘙痒的尿毒症患者,患者均行血液灌流联合血液透析治疗,通过抽签法分为两组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施综合护理。观察两种护理方案对患者皮肤瘙痒的影响。结果护理干预后,研究组瘙痒程度评分有显著低于护理前及对照组,瘙痒发作间隔时间明显长于护理前及对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理干预总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者实施血液灌流联合血液透析治疗的同时实施综合护理,可有效改善患者的临床症状。Objective To explore the clinical nursing of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia skin pruritus.Methods The study subjects were 90 patients with itchy skin uremia who were admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020.Divided into two groups by drawing lots,each with 45 cases.All patients underwent hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment.The control group implements routine care,and the study group implements comprehensive care.Observe the effects of two nursing programs on patients'skin pruritus.Results After the nursing intervention,the score of the degree of pruritus in the study group was significantly lower than that in the pre-nursing and comparison groups,and the interval between onset of pruritus was significantly longer in the pre-nursing and comparison groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing intervention in the study group was higher than that in the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive care for uremia patients who have skin itching after hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worth learning.
