临床护理路径在喉外伤患者急救护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨喉外伤患者采取临床护理路径的效果。方法本次研究56例喉外伤患者均为我院接收,纳入时间为2019年2月至2020年12月。随机分为两组,各28例,对照组与研究组分别开展常规护理与临床护理路径,统计各组并发症发生率,并记录住院时间。结果研究组并发症发生率、住院时间、护理满意度、生活质量各项评分方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在喉外伤急救护理过程中,临床护理路径应用效果明显,其有助于患者临床住院时间的缩短,避免并发症的发生。Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing care for patients with laryngotrauma.Methods The 56 patients with throat trauma in this study were all accepted by our hospital,and the enrollment time was:February 2019 to December 2020.Randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases in each group.The control group and the study group carried out routine nursing and clinical nursing paths respectively,calculated the incidence of complications in each group,and recorded the length of stay in hospital.Results The incidence of complications,hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction,and all quality of life scores were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency nursing process of laryngotrauma,the clinical nursing pathway has obvious application effect,which can help patients shorten the clinical hospitalization time and avoid the occurrence of complications.
