老年高血压病患者睡眠障碍及护理对策分析

摘　　要：目的探讨病发高血压后就其睡眠障碍施以护理对策的应用效果。方法抽取本院2021年1月至2022年1月收诊的老年高血压患者80例为观察对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例,常规护理用于前组,针对性护理用于后组,以护理前后作为时间观察点,分别对两组6个观察指标予以统计学计算。结果护理后,观察组睡眠质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理对策干预前,组间睡眠时间均较短,血压值较高、心理痛苦程度得分较高、焦虑、抑郁分值较高、生活质量各项分值较低,且组间上述指标比值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);均在开展护理对策后,观察组睡眠时间更长、血压值更低、心理痛苦程度及情绪得分较低、生活质量各观察项全面提升,且上述比值结果均更优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理有利于缓解高血压患者睡眠障碍问题,使其睡眠时间加长。Objective To explore the application effect of treating sleep disorders after hypertension.Methods Extract our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 of elderly patients with hypertension for observation object,randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases,routine care for before group,targeted care for group,with nursing before and after the time observation point,for 2 groups of six observation indicators respectively statistical calculation.Results After nursing,the sleep quality of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the groups had short sleep time,high blood pressure,higher psychological distress,low anxiety and depression,and insignificant ratio difference between groups(P>0.05);longer sleep time,lower blood pressure,lower psychological distress,and improved quality of life,and the above ratio results were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted care is beneficial to alleviate sleep disorders in hypertensive patients and increase their sleep time.
