浙江某监狱警察慢性病健康素养水平、慢性病患病率及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解浙江省某监狱警察慢性病健康素养水平、慢性病患病情况及影响因素。方法2018年10月,采用随机数字表法抽取浙江省某监狱警察1102名,对其慢性病健康素养水平、慢性病患病情况进行匿名问卷调查,采用χ2检验和Logistic回归分析进行数据统计分析。结果本次共调查监狱警察1102名,其中男性警察910名,占82.58%。调查对象慢性病健康素养得分(8.97±2.23)分,慢性病健康素养水平22.14%。慢性病患病率22.60%,其中高血压患病率8.80%,心脏病患病率1.81%,脑血管疾病患病率0.54%,糖尿病患病率1.72%,恶性肿瘤患病率1.09%。多因素分析结果表明,性别、年龄以及慢性病健康素养水平与慢性病发生存在相关性。结论相比于其他职业人群,监狱警察慢性病患病率较高,而慢性病健康素养水平相对较低,仍有待进一步提升。Objective To understand the level of chronic disease health literacy,chronic disease prevalence and influencing factors of a prison police in Zhejiang Province.Methods In October 2018,1102 civilian police officers from a prison in Zhejiang Province were randomly selected using the number table method to conduct an anonymous questionnaire survey on their chronic disease health literacy level and chronic disease prevalence,and the Chi-Squared Test and Logistic regression were used for statistical analysis of the data.Results A total of 1102 polices were surveyed,including 910 males,accounting for 82.58%.The score of chronic disease health literacy of the respondents was 8.97±2.23,and the level was 22.14%.The prevalence of self-reported chronic diseases was 22.60%,among which the prevalence of self-reported hypertension was 8.80%,heart disease 1.81%,cerebrovascular disease 0.54%,diabetes 1.72%,and malignant tumor 1.49%.The multivariate analysis showed that gender and age and the level of chronic disease health literacy were correlated with the occurrence of chronic diseases.Conclusion Compared with other occupational groups,the self-reported chronic disease prevalence rate of prison police was higher,and the level of chronic disease health literacy was relatively low,which needs to be further improved.
