摘　　要：目的分析骨科加速康复外科营养管理中口服营养补充剂的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月昆明医科大学第二附属医院骨科收治的患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组予以骨科常规护理,研究组予以加速康复外科营养管理,比较两组干预效果。结果研究组术后下床活动时间、术后住院时间、总住院时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、肛门排便时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3d,研究组血清白蛋白和血红蛋白水平高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服营养补充剂应用于骨科加速康复外科营养管理,能够缩短患者的术后胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间,有助于患者营养状况改善和并发症预防,能够为患者术后康复提供良好条件,临床值得应用。Objective Analysis of the application effect of oral nutritional supplements in the nutritional management of orthopaedic enhanced recovery surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected for the study,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group using the number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine orthopaedic nursing,and the study group was given enhanced recovery surgery nutrition management,and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative ambulation time,postoperative hospital stay,total hospital stay,bowel sound recovery time,anal exhaust time,and anal defecation time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three days after operation,the levels of albumin(ALB)and hemoglobin(Hb)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of oral nutritional supplements to the nutritional management of orthopaedic accelerated rehabilitation surgery can shorten the recovery time of postoperative gastrointestinal function and hospital stay,help improve the nutritional status of patients and prevent complications,and provide good conditions for patients'postoperative recovery,which is worthy of clinical application.
