全程护理康复干预对精神分裂症恢复期患者社会功能康复及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨全程护理康复干预对精神分裂症患者恢复期的康复效果的影响。方法将2021年10至12月温州市第七人民医院收治的80例精神分裂症患者采用数表法随机分为观察组、对照组,每组各40例。对照组予常规护理干预,观察组予全程护理康复干预。评估两组患者的症状评分、心理状态、社会功能及生活自理评分。结果干预后观察组患者的症状自评量表(symptom check list 90,SCL-90)评分、阳性与阴性症状量表评分(symptom check list 90,PANSS)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表-14(Hamilton anxiety scale-14,HAMA-14)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表-17(hamilton depression scale-17,HAMD-17)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者(social function defect screening form,SDSS)评分低于对照组,人际反应指数(interpersonal response index,IRI)、社会支持评定量表(social support scale,SSRS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者的生活质量综合评定量表(comprehensive assessment scale of quality of life,GQOLI)各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程护理康复干预对精神分裂症患者的干预效果良好,可改善患者的负性情绪,提升患者的社会功能和生活质量,可在精神分裂症恢复期患者中推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of the whole course nursing rehabilitation intervention on the rehabilitation effect of schizophrenia patients in the recovery period.Methods A total of 80 schizophrenic patients admitted to Wenzhou Seventh People's Hospital from October to December 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given full course nursing rehabilitation intervention.The symptom score,psychological state,social function and self-care score of the two groups were evaluated.Results After intervention,the scores of symptom check list 90(SCL-90),positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale-14(HAMA-14)and Hamilton depression scale-17(HAMD-17)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of social function defect screening form(SDSS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of the interpersonal response index(IRI)and social support scale(SSRS)in the control group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the GQOLI scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course nursing rehabilitation intervention has a good effect on schizophrenia patients.It can improve the negative emotions of patients,improve the social function and quality of life of patients,and can be popularized in the recovery period of schizophrenia patients.
