摘　　要：目的 探讨强化髋关节运动控制训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者步行功能恢复的疗效。方法 选择2020年10月至2021年10月脑卒中偏瘫患者68例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组36例,观察组32例。对照组患者采用常规康复训练模式进行治疗,观察组患者另增加强化髋关节运动控制训练内容,共6周。治疗前后分别对两组患者进行平衡功能参数测定(运动长度、运动椭圆面积)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)及“起立-行走”计时测试(TUGT)评定。结果 治疗后两组患者的平衡功能评定、BBS、TUGT均明显好转,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 强化髋关节运动控制训练可明显改善脑卒中偏瘫患者步行功能的恢复。Objective To explore the effect of strengthening hip joint motion control training on the recovery of walking function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods From October 2020 to October 2021, 68 stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into a control group(n=36) and an observation group(n=32) by random number table method. Both groups were treated with routine rehabilitation training. The observation group was further treated with the strengthening hip joint motion control training in addition to the routine rehabilitation treatment for 6 weeks. Before and after treatment, all the patients were evaluated with the balance function parameters(Motion length and Motion ellipse area), Berg Balance Scale(BBS) and the Time “Up and Go” Test(TUGT).Results After treatment, the evaluation indexes of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment, and all the indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The strengthening hip motion control training could significantly improve the recovery of walking function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
