小针刀配合局部封闭治疗第三腰椎横突综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨小针刀配合局部封闭治疗对第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法 选择2020年5月至2021年12月于北京市第二医院就诊的80例第三腰椎横突综合征患者,给予小针刀配合局部封闭治疗,观察患者治疗后的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,记录治疗前后患者的数字评分量表(numeric rating scale,NRS)及Berg平衡量表(Berg balance scale,BBS)评分。结果 80例患者中,治愈68例,好转10例,有效率97.5%。患者治疗后的NRS评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);患者治疗前后的BBS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗期间患者无大量出血、手术点肿胀、剧烈疼痛和肌无力等不良反应,不良反应发生率0。结论 小针刀配合局部封闭治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效良好,可有效缓解疼痛,改善腰部活动受限,且安全性良好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of small needle knife combined with local blocking in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome. Methods 80 patients with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome treated in Beijing Second Hospital from May 2020 to December 2021 were treated with small needle knife combined with local blocking. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed after treatment.The scores of numerical rating scale(NRS) and Berg balance scale(BBS) were recorded before and after treatment.Results Among the 80 patients, 68 cases were cured and 10 cases were improved. The effective rate was 97.5%. The NRS score of patients after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the BBS scores before and after treatment(P>0.05). During the treatment period, the patient had no adverse reactions such as massive bleeding, swelling at the operation point, severe pain and muscle weakness,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 0. Conclusion Small needle knife combined with local blocking is effective in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome, which can effectively relieve pain, improve lumbar movement limitation, and has good safety.
