复方甘草酸苷联合卤米松乳膏治疗神经性皮炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨复方甘草酸苷联合卤米松乳膏治疗神经性皮炎患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年4月至2020年2月温州市中医院收治的神经性皮炎患者92例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组患者在基础治疗上加用卤米松乳膏,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用复方甘草酸苷,观察并记录两组患者的临床疗效、湿疹面积及严重程度指数(eczema area and severity index,EASI)评分、特应性皮炎评分(scoring atopic dermatitis,SCORAD)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6、IL-8、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、铁蛋白(ferritin,Fer)、鳞状细胞癌抗原(squamous cell carcinoma antigen,SCCA)水平及不良反应情况。结果 观察组患者治疗后的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的EASI评分、SCORAD、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、5-HT、Fer及SCCA均显著低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组患者的EASI评分、SCORAD、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、5-HT、Fer及SCCA均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.123,P=0.726)。结论 卤米松乳膏联合复方甘草酸苷治疗神经性皮炎可提高患者的临床疗效,减轻瘙痒症状,降低免疫炎性反应,安全性好,具有临床推广意义。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin combined with halometasone cream in the treatment of patients with neurodermatitis. Methods A total of 92 patients with neurodermatitis admitted to Wenzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 46cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with halometasone cream on basic treatment. Patients in observation group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy,eczema area and severity index(EASI) score, scoring atopic dermatitis(SCORAD), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6, IL-8, 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT), ferritin(Fer), squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA) levels and adverse reactions were observed and recorded. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the EASI score, SCORAD, TNF-α, IL-6,IL-8, 5-HT, Fer and SCCA of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). The EASI score, SCORAD, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8, 5-HT, Fer and SCCA in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.123, P=0.726). Conclusion Halometasone cream combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of neurodermatitis can improve the clinical efficacy of patients, reduce itching symptoms and immune inflammatory response, and have good safety and clinical popularization significance.
