摘　　要：右美托咪定是一种α_(2)肾上腺素受体激动剂,具有镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑和抗交感作用。作为一种新型镇静镇痛药物,右美托咪定对呼吸系统影响小,可以稳定心血管系统,能显著减少术后谵妄和躁动,减少新生儿和幼儿的麻醉暴露,且具有潜在的器官保护作用。因此,近年来该药越来越受到广大临床工作者的关注。下文从右美托咪定在儿科中的临床应用、对不同器官系统的影响以及药效学相互作用几个方面进行了系统综述,以期为广大临床工作者提供参考。Dexmedetomidine is anα_(2) adrenergic receptor agonist,which has sedative,analgesic,anti-anxiety and anti-sympathetic effects.As a new sedative and analgesic drug,dexmedetomidine has little effect on respiratory system,can stabilize cardiovascular system,can significantly reduce postoperative delirium and agitation,reduce anesthesia exposure in neonates and infants,and has potential organ protection.Therefore,this drug has attracted more and more attention of clinical workers in recent years.The following is a systematic review of the clinical application of dexmedetomidine in pediatrics,its influence on different organ systems and pharmacodynamic interactions,in order to provide reference for the majority of clinical workers.
