双向免疫调节剂在肾病综合征治疗中应用的研究进展

摘　　要：肾病综合征作为一种慢性疾病,在肾脏疾病中占有重要地位,目前我们对其发病机制的认识仍十分匮乏。大多数研究者认为肾病综合征的发病与机体免疫功能失衡有密切联系。因此,免疫调节治疗可作为肾病综合征治疗的新思路。双向免疫调节剂是免疫调节治疗的重要组成部分,是指既能部分促进又能部分抑制机体的免疫因子,籍此来维持机体免疫环境相对稳定,避免出现亢进的免疫应答或过强的免疫抑制的一类药物,机体在双向免疫调节之下产生适度的免疫应答,精准地完成免疫应答,从而对机体产生免疫保护作用。目前在临床上应用广泛,肿瘤、器官移植、自身免疫性疾病等的治疗干预中均有双向免疫调节剂的应用。双向免疫调节剂在临床上的应用越来越受到重视,其在肾病综合征治疗中的应用亦逐渐增加。本文将对临床上常用的双向免疫调节剂在肾病综合征治疗中的应用及其今后的前景作一综述。Nephrotic syndrome(NS),as a chronic disease,plays an important role in kidney diseases.At present,our understanding of its pathogenesis is still very poor.Most researchers believe that the pathogenesis of nephrotic syndrome is closely related to the imbalance of immune function.Therefore,immunomodulatory therapy can be used as a new idea for the treatment of nephrotic syndrome.Bidirectional immune regulator is an important part of the immune regulation therapy,is refers to the part to part to promote and inhibit the immune factor,the opportunity to maintain the body’s immune environment is relatively stable,avoid hyperthyroidism immune response or too strong a class of immunosuppressive drugs,the body under the bidirectional immune regulation appropriate immune response,precisely,to complete the immune response,Thus produces the immune protection effect to the body.At present,bidirectional immunomodulators are widely used in clinical practice.Bidirectional immunomodulators are used in the treatment and intervention of tumors,organ transplantation,autoimmune diseases,etc.More and more attention has been paid to the application of bidirectional immunomodulators in clinical practice,and their application in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome is gradually increasing.This article will review the application of bidirectional immunomodulators in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome and their future prospects.
