摘  要:采用Ti/Si/碳黑/Al/金刚石粉体为原料,通过热爆反应,在金刚石颗粒的表面形成了陶瓷涂层。采用XRD和SEM分析观察了金刚石颗粒表面涂层的物相组成和显微形貌。结果表明:热爆反应后基体的组成为Ti_(3)SiC_(2)和TiC。添加金刚石对基体的物相组成影响很小。在原料中添加10%~40%的金刚石均可使反应后得到的金刚石表面具有良好的涂覆。反应后在金刚石表面形成了以TiC、SiC和Ti_(3)SiC_(2)的多元陶瓷涂层。A ceramic coating layer is formed on the surface of diamond particles by thermal explosion reaction for the usage of Ti/Si/black carbon/Al/diamond powder as raw material.XRD and SEM are used to analyze and observe the phase composition and micro-morphology of the coating layer on the surface of diamond particles,respectively.The result shows that the matrix after thermal explosion reaction is composed of Ti_(3)SiC_(2) and TiC.The addition of diamond has little effect on the phase composition of matrix.Addition of 10%-40%diamond to the raw material can make the diamond surface to be coated well.After the reaction,multiple ceramic coating layer with TiC,SiC and Ti_(3)SiC_(2) is formed on the diamond surface.
