摘  要:文章探讨了不同纳米碳纤维体积含量对超薄树脂切割砂轮切割氧化铝陶瓷板的切割偏摆,切割电流及切割磨损的影响。同时通过SEM观察了纳米碳纤维的体积含量对切割砂轮的断口形貌的影响。实验结果表明:纳米碳纤维的体积含量不宜超过10%,其含量宜在8%~10%,此时切割砂轮的切割偏摆幅度最小可达-0.0016 mm,切割电流为1.7 A,切割磨损为0.08 mm/m,同时SEM显示切割砂轮的胎体对纳米碳纤维及磨料的结合较好。This paper discusses the effect of different nano-carbon fiber volume contents on the cutting deflection,cutting current and cutting wear of alumina ceramic plate with ultra-thin resin cutting wheel.At the same time,the effect of the volume content of nano-carbon fiber on the fracture morphology of the cutting wheel is observed by SEM.The experimental result shows that the volume content of nano-carbon fiber should not exceed 10%.The appropriate content is 8%-10%,and the minimum cutting deflection of the cutting wheel can reach-0.0016 mm,the cutting current is 1.7 A,and the cutting wear is 0.08 mm/m.Moreover,SEM shows that the matrix of cutting wheel has a good combination of nano-carbon fiber and abrasive.
