摘 要:为了提高金刚石烧结圆锯片相对于焊接锯片的竞争力并扩大市场,利用烧结锯片的整体一次性压型和烧结的效率优势以及波纹齿的切速优势,设计并制备了一种顶面V齿、侧面单波纹齿、顶面V齿、侧面双波纹齿齿形组成的低成本烧结锯片,并与单一齿形构成的普通烧结锯片和普通焊接锯片做切割试验对比。结果表明:切割速度比同成本同配方平齿烧结锯片高20%,比同成本低档配方平齿激光焊接锯片高10%。Compared with welded saw blade, in order to improve the competitiveness of diamond sintered circular saw blade and expand the market, a low-cost sintered saw blade composed of multiple corrugated segment shapes which combine with top V-type, side single ripple type, top V-type and side double ripple is designed and prepared by taking the efficiency advantages of one-time pressing/sintering of sintered saw blade, and the cutting speed advantages of the corrugated segment. The cutting test is provided to comparethe new type with the common sintered saw blade and the common welded saw blade which are formed by a single segment shape. The result shows that the cutting speed is 20% higher than that of the flat segment sintered saw blade with the same cost and the same formula, and 10% higher than that of the flat segment laser welded saw blade with the same cost and the low-grade formula.
