穴位贴敷联合优质护理在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位贴敷联合优质护理在支气管肺炎患儿护理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2021年8月至2022年4月江苏省东台市人民医院收治的80例支气管肺炎患儿的临床资料,按护理方法的不同分入2组,纳入对照组的41例患儿采用优质护理,纳入观察组的39例患儿采用穴位贴敷联合优质护理。比较2组的临床症状改善情况、血清炎症指标和T淋巴细胞亚群。结果观察组的咳嗽、发热、气促及肺部啰音消失时间均早于对照组(P均<0.05)。出院时及出院后2周,2组的降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和血沉(ESR)水平均较入院时降低(P均<0.05),且观察组均较同期对照组更低(P均<0.05)。出院时及出院后2周,2组的T淋巴细胞CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均较入院时升高,CD8^(+)均较入院时降低(P均<0.05),且观察组均较同期对照组更优(P均<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合优质护理对支气管肺炎患儿临床症状的改善可产生积极影响,且能降低炎症指标水平,更好地调节T淋巴细胞亚群。Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint application combined with high-quality nursing in the nursing of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods The clinical data of 80 children with bronchopneumonia at Dongtai People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from August 2021 to April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.They were allocated into two groups according to the different nursing methods.The 41 children in the control group received high-quality nursing,and the 39 children in the observation group received acupoint application combined with high-quality nursing.The improvement of clinical symptoms,serum inflammatory parameters,and T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of cough,fever,shortness of breath,and pulmonary rales in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(all P<0.05).At discharge and 2 weeks after discharge,the levels of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in both groups were decreased compared with those at admission(all P<0.05),and the observation group had lower levels than the control group(all P<0.05).At discharge and 2 weeks after discharge,the CD4^(+)T lymphocyte counts and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio of both groups were increased,and the CD8^(+)T lymphocyte counts were decreased compared with those at admission(all P<0.05).The above parameters in the observation group were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with high-quality nursing has a positive impact on the improvement of clinical symptoms in children with bronchopneumonia,and can reduce the levels of inflammatory parameters and regulate the T lymphocyte subsets.
